I wanted a baseline for my hearing since I am now 70 and my mother lost her hearing and I was worried about mine. Annemarie tested me and did a marvellous job. She explains everything really well as she goes through each test. She doesn't … read more hurry you, but takes you through each step carefully. At the end of all the tests, she gives you a very clear understanding of any hearing loss you may have and recommends various courses of action or the hearing aid she believes would be most helpful for you. I highly recommend her excellent personal service to anyone who has hearing difficulties or worries.

I attended the clinic today for a Tinnitus Management consultation as I have become very anxious about the ringing in my ears. Dr Annemarie took her time to understand my concerns and explained everything to me really well. I feel much … read more better after the session and I have hope that my tinnitus will reduce over time. Dr Annemarie took time to assess some of my current measures to reduce any further deterioration of my hearing and was kind enough to lend me a book that caught my attention. I highly recommend this service.

Had a problem with my hearing aid - dome had stuck in my ear. Walked into Hearlix off the street and Annemarie was welcoming and helpful. Sorted my problem straight away. Excellent service and very friendly. Recommend her every time.
